Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days, because every piece is printed to order before it is shipped. Busy periods and customs checks can make it longer. See Delivery.
Where is my order?
We email you tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you ordered while signed in, you can also see it in My Account. If it’s late, contact us with your order number.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival, which are paid by you.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items unworn and unwashed. Return postage is paid by you. See Returns and refunds.
Something is wrong with my item. What should I do?
Email support@loomsleigh.com with your order number and photos of the problem, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.
How do I choose my size?
Check the sizing information and description on the product page, and note whether a style is described as boxy or oversized. If you’re unsure, contact us with the measurements of a similar item you own and we’ll help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we can change or cancel it. If it has, you can still return it once it arrives.
